We are currently recruiting staff for our small residential facility providing specific other types of round-the-clock care for men and women aged 25 and older. The target group is placed with support from the Support and Service Act (SoL) and often has neuropsychiatric disabilities. Autism is a common diagnosis among our residents, as are intellectual disabilities.

The facility is divided into two separate buildings. Residents who require more nursing care and support live in the main building, while those who are more independent reside in the separate building.

Our pedagogical approach is based on methods such as TEACCH, Re-Pulse, positive reinforcement, and MI (Motivational Interviewing). Our goal is to support each individual in their personal development and maximize their degree of independence and influence over their own lives.

We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles. Formal qualifications such as nurse, mental health nurse, or treatment assistant are desirable.

A Category B driver's license is required as driving is part of the job. Since public transport options to the facility are limited, having access to your own car is a significant advantage.
