Dalby Health Center, Sweden's first health center, is located one mile from Lund and has approximately 12,500 registered patients. We are a healthcare unit with child health services and well-developed rehabilitation, including mental health issues. We have been Hbtqi-certified since 2022.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an occupational therapist at Dalby Health Center, you have varied responsibilities including clinic visits, home visits, and group treatments, and you meet patients of all ages. You often work independently and also collaborate with other professional categories. The occupational therapist is an important person in the team at the health center to help patients, among other things, structure their daily lives, achieve activity balance, implement health-promoting measures, and undergo hand rehabilitation.
Here, you are the first point of contact for diagnosing and treating injuries to the hand, forearm, and elbow. You also work with rehabilitation, cognitive assessments, activity evaluations, and issues related to chronic pain and stress. Your work also includes tasks such as prescribing assistive devices and home visits planned according to the patient's needs.
In your work with us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other staff categories at the health center regarding patients; we continuously work to develop our teamwork within the operations. Collaboration with other healthcare providers is also something we continuously develop, and the latest addition is cognitive rounds together with the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS

We are keen on finding the right person for the position and therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Regarding the formal requirements for the position, we welcome you if you are a licensed occupational therapist with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is also a requirement. Since travel occurs in the job, a B-driver's license is required. We would like you to have worked a few years in the profession and have experience within primary care as well as the PMO system.
