RESPONSIBILITIES

As a perioperative nurse within our operations, you are offered a varied job with challenging tasks. Close collaboration with other professions, such as perfusionists, is a natural part of everyday life. To ensure you get the best possible start, you are offered an individual introduction adapted to your previous experience and competence.

We strive to create a workplace where you have the opportunity to grow and develop. You will become part of an exciting and dynamic operation where we jointly conduct and develop the thoracic surgery of the future.

We apply a business-adapted working time model with time bank and quota-based working hours. You set your desired schedule in Timecare. Our working hours are 07:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 14:30-21:30, and 21:15-07:15 on weekdays, and 07:00-14:30, 14:15-21:30, and 21:15-07:15 on weekends/holidays. Participation in the on-call roster for organ retrieval for transplantation outside working hours is voluntary. We have flexible agreements and meal breaks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply are a registered nurse with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare, and you also have specialist education in perioperative care. Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. Previous experience from surgical operations is meritorious.
