Do you want to work as a personal assistant and add a golden touch to people's lives? In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work together with us towards our vision – Everyone deserves a good life.
We are looking for someone who is curious, patient, and has the ability to read what the individual needs help with. We would prefer a female applicant. The user is a 13-year-old boy with autism, mild intellectual disability, and ADHD. He has very limited verbal communication and communicates using few words.
The position will cover approximately 3 weekdays during daytime hours.
As a personal assistant, you need to be able to interpret and understand him, help him communicate with the outside world, and guide him in his daily life. He is cheerful, full of energy, enjoys being out in nature, loves swimming and being by the sea, and visiting playgrounds. He can sometimes become aggressive, so it is important that you are confident in yourself and have a low-affective approach.
