We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 40s who lives in his own house in a rural area. He requires round-the-clock assistance, including overnight care, and values a secure and predictable daily routine. While he is capable of doing many things himself, he appreciates support in everyday life.

The position is 20% and includes the opportunity to step in during sick leave or when the primary assistant is on vacation. A long-term commitment is highly valued. Two weeks of paid induction will be offered before the start date.

We are looking for someone who is caring, calm, attentive, and detail-oriented. You should be able to follow instructions, be empathetic, flexible, reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards life. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as some communication is conducted in writing. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, and personal chemistry is of utmost importance.

The offer includes continuous supervision and training to strengthen your skills and security in the role. A valid driver's license is mandatory as the residence is located in a rural area without nearby public transportation.
