As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flows, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are now looking for a Production Planner focused on planning and coordinating the production of complex systems and products within the industry. You will analyze production flows, evaluate material and resource requirements, and ensure that production follows given timeframes and quality standards. You are responsible for your products from the initiation of production needs until the products are fully assembled and ready for delivery.

An important part of the role is material planning, where you work to ensure that the correct data is in place and that requirements are released correctly to purchasing, which then continues the dialogue with suppliers. The work therefore involves a combination of flow understanding, data quality, and coordination, where you have a central role in making the whole system function efficiently.

In addition, you will have an important role in developing methods and processes related to planning and material flows, where there are great opportunities to influence and improve how the work is carried out.

You will join a team of Production Planners and Project Managers who work closely together on the planning and progress of production projects, where the span of experience, competencies, and age is large. The work environment is equal and values each other's opinions highly, while working systematically with the work environment. You will be a crucial cog in business development and standardized working methods, as there are currently many exciting changes happening in the area of project and production planning.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a BSc in a relevant field.
• Have 1–3 years of work experience, preferably within logistics, production, or planning.
• Have an interest in flows, logistics, and data, as well as an understanding of how these connect in a production environment.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in the work.

Meritorious:

• Previous knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, or IFS.

Since daily life can be varied, flexibility and the ability to think new thoughts when faced with challenges are required. You are a careful and structured person who enjoys working with data and follow-up, while also being communicative and having an easy time collaborating with other functions.

You are curious to understand the whole picture in flows and are driven by improving methods and processes.

This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of extension.
