Imera AB is currently seeking temporary and vacation substitutes for our LSS group homes in Morgongåva. With us, you will find meaningful work where you make a real difference for people with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support users in their daily lives according to individual needs and implementation plans.
• Create a safe and respectful environment.
• Handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Document according to established routines.
• The work may include sleeping on-call duties.

About You:

We are looking for you who have relevant education, for example from the Care and Nursing Program or a Higher Education Diploma (YH) in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as well as a Category B driver's license (mandatory).

It is a requirement that you have experience from care and nursing, LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional, and able to handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.

Working Hours:

Evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duties.
