We are now looking for a personal assistant who, after a probationary period, wishes to move to a permanent schedule. The position covers approximately 40% and we are seeking a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shifts are scheduled between 10:00–18:00 and 18:00–10:00. There are 6 hours of on-call duty during the night, which should not be a hindrance.

Who are we looking for?

You are empathetic, responsible, and physically fit to perform transfers. You are proactive, social, and customer-focused. You must be able to understand and speak fluent Swedish.

You must hold a manual driver's license as the customer has a private car that may be used for work. You should not be allergic to cats as the customer has a cat in the home.

About the customer

The customer is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help with household chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Your job is to do what the customer would do herself without her disability, without taking over tasks she can perform herself.

She prefers that the applicant is a woman over 25 years old. You should be living in or near Rönninge/Salem to ensure availability even with short notice. Previous experience as a personal assistant is desirable.

It is a great advantage if you enjoy food (especially Asian cuisine) and nature.

Terms of Employment

You will start as an hourly employee, but there is a chance to move to a permanent schedule once you have started the position.

Start Date

We prefer that you are available immediately. Initially, you will attend introductory shifts with an experienced assistant before working independently.
