French/German-speaking Client Success Coordinator for expanding ERICO
Are you a pro at service and love happy customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solution-oriented, and have good language skills that you want to put to use? Do you also want to become part of a friendly Client Success team at a growing company in Helsingborg? Then read on! ERICO’s European market continues to expand, and we are therefore looking for an engaged Client Success Coordinator who wants to be part of an exciting journey forward.
In this role, you will be a key player in working towards the markets in Germany, France, Benelux, and the UK. You will work closely with our sales teams, so you need to be able to communicate fluently in French and/or German. To succeed in the role, you must also speak and write English fluently.
You handle order flows, complaints, and have daily contact with customers and sales staff. Above all, you provide top-class support to our customers and contribute to a sustainable way of working with the customer in focus. You will work in a great team of eight people at the headquarters in Helsingborg. Your main responsibilities:
- Handle order flows and complaints
- Provide first-class support via a new case management system
- Be a reliable and solution-oriented contact for customers in the EU/UK
- Contribute to a customer-focused and sustainable way of working
Your profile:
We are looking for you who have experience in customer service and thrive in a role where structure, first-class service, and communication go hand in hand. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English is required. Knowledge of French or German is also a requirement – if you know both, it is a big plus.
About the position:
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. Location in Helsingborg.
