Hourly employment/Summer substitute with possibility of permanent shifts.

A 35-year-old woman living in Hammarby Sjöstad is now looking for an assistant for hourly employment. The position involves 2–3 shifts per week starting immediately, covering the summer period when regular assistants are on vacation.

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for a scheduled employment (35 hours/week) starting in the autumn. Due to the intimate nature of the work, we are looking for a female applicant between the ages of 20 and 40.

She has multiple disabilities and requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, including personal hygiene, daily care, exercise, and various household chores. You should be free from back and shoulder issues, as she needs help with walking practice and other transfers. Some lifting is involved.

This is a double-assistance role, so it is important that you can collaborate well and demonstrate good teamwork skills.

She enjoys finding new and fun activities and challenges together with her assistants. Her communication is based on picture support and body language as she does not speak, so it is important to her that you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.

To work with us, you must be non-smoking! We are looking for someone who is easy-going, attentive, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people to add value to the daily life of the person you support.

The employment is initially hourly during the summer, with the possibility of converting to a scheduled position of 35 hours/week after the summer.
