About the role – Assistant Nurse in Home Care

As an employee here, you work both independently and as part of a team, always close to the care recipient in their home. Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in care and support in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, and other professionals.
• Documenting according to current routines.
• Contributing to the group's shared responsibility, quality assurance, team meetings, and workplace meetings.

Is this you?

• You have passed Swedish 1/A (or equivalent knowledge in Swedish as a second language).
• You have a Class B driver's license – this is a requirement for the position.
• You are confident in both documentation and the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You are engaged, responsible, and have a warm approach.

• Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

• We apply a probation period of 6 months.
