We are primarily looking for male personal assistants, but female assistants are also welcome to apply. The shifts are scheduled with a fixed recurring shift on Mondays between 17:00–22:30, with the possibility of working on an ad-hoc basis thereafter. The position is to be filled with immediate effect.

As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support to a person with a disability in their daily life. The work is carried out in the customer's home and in other environments where the customer is present.

About the customer and duties:

The customer is a 15-year-old boy who lives in Haninge with his family. As a personal assistant to the customer, you will play a crucial role in his daily life. You will assist the customer with daily activities, which include:

• Support in daily life
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing and undressing
• Support during meals
• Activating and engaging the customer
• Walks and other outdoor activities

Requirements for applicants:

• Age between 30–40 years
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with children
