As the Recruitment and Partner Manager, you have overall responsibility for the core functions of the business: marketing, customer relations, and the recruitment process.
You combine work with sales, recruitment, and leading our consultants within the hotel and restaurant industry. You have operational drive and will become a key central figure in the company's continued growth journey.
As a person, you are engaged with other people and your work, present and confident, as well as personal in your approach.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
🔹 Recruitment – Own the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to onboarding. Tailor requirement profiles in close dialogue with the customer. Ensure the right person is in the right place – at the right time.
🔹 Customer Relations & Contracts – Build and develop long-term partnerships. Establish and follow up on contracts while ensuring high delivery quality. Be the customer's secure point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of the assignment.
🔹 Personnel & Assignment Administration – Ensure correct reporting, allocation, and financial follow-up. Handle payroll reporting for workers. Drive onboarding and offboarding of consultants with quality and structure.
🔹 Internal Coordination – Function as the hub between management, sales, and operational teams. Create clear working methods and communication flows that simplify daily life for the entire organization. Handle contract management and relationships.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
✅ Several years of experience as a recruitment manager, in roles such as operations manager or within HR.
✅ Documented ability to build structures, processes, and strategies in growing businesses.
✅ Good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and customer delivery.
✅ Familiarity with digital tools for planning and follow-up.
✅ Experience working with contracts, budgets, allocation, and financial follow-up.
