About the position

At QSG Security, we are now looking for an experienced, engaged, and responsible parking attendant. As a parking attendant with us, you will work with parking supervision. Your primary responsibility is to promote road traffic safety, increase traffic flow, and improve the quality of life in residential areas by ensuring that parking regulations are followed. You will work with parking supervision in Gothenburg according to current local rules and routines. You play an important role in maintaining order and safety, as well as providing good service to the public.

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on service and safety. You are stress-resistant and have excellent problem-solving skills. You are innovative, engaged, and responsible, and you can make independent decisions when needed. Even on difficult and challenging days, you maintain your focus and good mood. You are skilled at collaborating and building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. Your ability to provide excellent service, handle stressful situations, and work efficiently with multiple tasks simultaneously makes you an invaluable part of our team.

To work as a parking attendant on municipal land, you must have completed the basic training for parking attendants, specifically the public law parking attendant training.

• Public law parking attendant training
• At least 18 years of age
• Clean financial record
• Clean criminal record
• For employment at QSG Security AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communicative and social skills
• Comfortable with physically active work involving a lot of standing and walking
• Experience from a service profession or another role with significant customer contact
• Category B driver's license
