We are now looking for an engaged and attentive personal assistant for a woman with ALS who lives with her husband in a terraced house in Västra Frölunda.

The position involves working in so-called "double assistance," which means you will work together with a colleague to ensure safe assistance for the client.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life. The tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care
• Support with communication and daily routines
• Help with transfers and medical equipment (including tracheostomy)
• Accompanying on activities outside the home

The client has a great interest in culture and appreciates, for example, museum visits and other excursions.

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible, empathetic, and have a calm working style
• Have good teamwork skills as the work is done in a team
• Preferably have experience in personal assistance or care (meritorious)
• Have knowledge of or experience with tracheostomy (meritorious, but not a requirement)
