Payroll Coordinator & HR Specialist – Solna

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an engaged and structured person for a combined role as Payroll Coordinator (50%) and HR Specialist (50%). This assignment is part of building a new HR function and suits you who want to work operationally, take great responsibility, and contribute to an ongoing transformation journey.
About the role
The role combines HR operations and payroll coordination and involves close collaboration with managers and employees. You will be part of a local HR team and also collaborate with a global HR Operations structure. Initially, the focus is on a project to outsource payroll management, followed by coordinating and monitoring the process with an external provider.
The assignment starts immediately and runs until August 2027. For the right person, the assignment may transition into a direct employment with the client. The company is located in nice premises in Solna.
Responsibilities
- Operational HR work and HR administration
- Support for managers and employees throughout the employee journey
- Handling HR cases via case management systems
- Improvement of HR processes and working methods
- Coordination and follow-up of outsourced payroll delivery
- Ensuring quality in data and deliveries
Qualifications
- Relevant education or equivalent experience
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll coordination
- Experience with payroll outsourcing or transition projects
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law
- Experience from a fast-paced environment, preferably IT
- Interest in digitalization and improvement work
- Ability to work on-site in Solna 2–3 days/week
