Customer Support Specialist – Nordic Travel Clearing
Halmstad / Hybrid | Full-time

Nordic Travel Clearing is a centralized payment solution that ensures payment, collects, checks, and streamlines all costs related to corporate travel – in a single flow. This gives companies more time to focus on more important matters than administering their travel.
We are now looking for more team members for our Customer Support Specialist department who want to be an important part of our team and continue to build a customer service characterized by pride, warmth, and quality.
The role in brief
In this role, you will be a central point of contact for our customers and partners, including travel agencies, hotels, banks, and credit providers. You will work in our case management system, help resolve various questions and tasks related to the payment process, and contribute to creating a smooth and secure experience for our users.
Your potential responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners via email and phone
- Manage process-supporting activities to ensure feasible and correct payments.
- Troubleshoot and correct issues as needed.
- Work with invoice-related questions
- Collaborate with internal expert functions to ensure quick feedback and high quality
- Contribute improvement suggestions regarding processes, routines, and customer communication
- Evaluate and test new features
We believe you have:
- Experience from customer support / customer service in a professional environment
- Good communication skills – you are clear, calm, and solution-oriented
- An analytical side; you enjoy understanding how things connect
- Confidence in working systematically and prioritizing when many things are happening at once
- Ability to see the customer's holistic perspective and create a personal interaction
- Very good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious (not required):
- Experience from the travel industry / business travel / travel management
- Experience with payment solutions, invoice flows, or financial administration
- Worked in case management systems (e.g., LiveAgent, Zendesk, or similar)
