Lugnetkliniken is a private healthcare clinic established in 2021 and part of Vårdval Halland. Here, decision-making paths are short, the work atmosphere is flat and non-hierarchical, and the patient is always the focus. We are now looking for a Medical Secretary (full-time/part-time) who wants to contribute to the development of our operations.

About the role:

You will have a varied and important role in daily operations, including front desk duties, medical record management in Cosmic, patient contact, scheduling, mail handling, administration (including processing referrals), digital services, and some IT support. You will also provide support to healthcare staff and handle finance and invoicing.

We work in a modern and efficient manner without traditional dictation – instead, we use speech recognition software via Dragon.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a trained Medical Secretary with experience in the profession. You are organized, flexible, and thrive in a service-oriented role where you meet patients with professionalism and warmth. You enjoy working in a team, take initiative, and are digitally savvy.

Experience in primary care, Cosmic, or speech recognition is a plus.

Conditions:

Full-time/part-time, weekdays 08:00–17:00. Probation period of 6 months. Start date by agreement. Collective agreement according to Region Halland.

Note: We offer flexibility – a second job is allowed by agreement.
