Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and Pedagogy: Plan and deliver instruction that integrates theory with practical applications, such as motor control, troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the education follows the curriculum and that students achieve the established learning objectives regarding knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Assessment: Inform students about assessment criteria and conduct examinations that ensure students can make independent decisions regarding safety and functionality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with educational leaders and the management group to ensure that the course content is relevant to industry needs.

Requirements: Knowledge and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have documented competence in the following areas included in the education:

• Electrical Engineering and Control Systems: In-depth knowledge of electrical and digital control systems, including PLCs, frequency converters, and communication buses (e.g., Profibus, CAN-bus).
• Mechanics and Lifting Equipment: Understanding of crane construction, hydraulic principles, and quality criteria for components such as wire ropes and braking systems.
• Regulations and Safety: Good knowledge of the Machinery Directive, electrical safety regulations (ESA), and working at heights.
• Practical Troubleshooting: Ability to teach the use of measuring instruments for current measurement, load calculation, and technical troubleshooting.
