Personal Assistants Wanted for Man in His 50s – Åkersberga

We are currently looking for dedicated and responsible personal assistants for a man in his 50s living in Åkersberga.

The client requires support and assistance around the clock. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, contributing to increased quality of life, security, and independence. He communicates verbally and is involved in his care, meaning you will work closely with him and provide support in situations where his own strength is insufficient.

Responsibilities

In the role of personal assistant, your tasks will include, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Support in daily activities, both practical and social
• Creating a safe, calm, and positive environment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, perceptive, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You can be social and outgoing or have a calmer approach – the most important thing is that you have a good sense of treatment and situational awareness.

We would like you to:

• Be responsible, flexible, and self-assured
• Have empathy, patience, and good teamwork skills
• Be meticulous and enjoy routines
• Have the ability to plan and stay one step ahead
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in healthcare or personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Requirements

• You are female
• You are a non-smoker
• You are not allergic to fur animals (there is a dog in the home)

A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious but not required.

Working Hours and Employment

• Part-time or hourly employment
• Shifts primarily during night hours (awake night shifts)
• Start date as agreed
