About the role and your tasks

Your work is driven by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and help with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other assistance the person you support needs. Documentation takes place in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining high quality.

In home care, you work only day or evening shifts. Working hours are generally scheduled between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The work involves working every other weekend. We offer full-time positions (100%), which corresponds to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week.

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a permanent care contact, you have a special responsibility for your users. You create and follow up on implementation plans. Our staff is organized in smaller teams where 2–3 permanent care contacts, together with a runner, are responsible for a group of users. The work is done in close cooperation, and if necessary, runners support other users outside their own group. As a resource, you work flexibly across several home care areas. You step in where the need is greatest and contribute with security, warmth, and care to people who really need it.

We are looking for you who

• are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska)
• can and want to cycle
• have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• have good digital competence

It is an advantage if you have experience working in care and have a driver's license.
