About you and the role

You work as a general dentist with both child and adult patients (approx. 95% adults, 5% children).

The position involves:

• 80% clinical work (examinations, periodontology, endodontics, fillings, surgery, oral prosthetics, etc.)
• 20% administration (for the right person)
• Responsibility for parts of the quality management system (SOSFS), SSI, TLV/FK, working environment, Medical Products Agency, Data Inspection Authority, IVO, etc., together with the clinic manager.
• Involvement in marketing and business development

You are relationship-building, considerate, and ambitious. You think long-term, want to develop, and have the ambition to eventually become a co-owner or owner (not a requirement).

We are a small clinic where everyone helps out. Dental nurses assist, prepare treatments, and work with delegated tasks.

Working hours at 100% are 40 hours/week:

• 32 hours clinical
• 8 hours administration

Clinic opening hours:

• Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Requirements

• Dental degree and Swedish professional license
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent Swedish and good English

Merits

• Aligners training
• Advanced studies in endodontics

About the employer

Tandläkar Kliniken Persson was founded in 2009 and has been established for over 17 years. The clinic is centrally located in Helsingborg and is known for its personal service and quality treatments.

The team consists of:

• 1 dentist/CEO
• 2 dental nurses

The practice is private and affiliated with Privattandläkarna. Electronic Health Record system: OPUS.

The clinic has previously combined dental care with lectures and events and has a stated ambition to grow with the right employees.
