Within the Marine business area, we focus on technology and system support for maritime environments, from surface combatants to submarine systems and maritime command functions. You work on complex projects where reliability, security (e.g., IT security/accreditation), and precision are crucial, and where your contributions help strengthen the operational capability of the Swedish Navy. The demand for our competencies within this business area is high both now and over time.

Here, you become part of a group of experts in the engineering discipline of Systems Engineering, with good knowledge of the consultant role, military technology, military operations, and military system supply. • Technical university education, preferably a civil engineer, computer scientist, or officer.
• Experience working as a systems engineer.
• Completed national service in the Navy and preferably officer training.
• Since the work may be subject to defense secrecy, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must pass a security clearance with register check.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Personal qualifications such as drive, teamwork skills, and an open-minded attitude.
• Experience with IT or communication systems within the defense sector.
• Experience working with Navy platforms.
• Experience in project management, client responsibility, or as a team leader.
• Experience in cross-functional work with integrated systems, including ILS, with high requirements for robustness, reliability, and safety.
• Holding a B driving license, as travel to specific military sites may become relevant.
