Business Area Land

Within the Business Area Land, we work on the development and further development of systems and platforms that support the operations of the ground forces. This includes, among other things, command support systems, sensors, communication, autonomy, and system architecture for ground units. Here, you become part of a team of experts in the engineering discipline of Systems Engineering, with good knowledge of the consultant role, military technology, military operations, and military system supply. This makes you the right fit for the role

• Technical university education, preferably a civil engineer, computer scientist, or officer.
• Completed military service and preferably officer training or service in the Home Guard.
• Experience with configuration management in defense or security-critical systems, including handling configuration objects, changes, baselines, and review processes throughout the system's lifecycle.
• As the work may be subject to defense secrecy, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must pass a security clearance with register check.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

How you capture our attention

• Personal qualities such as drive, teamwork skills, and an open-minded attitude.
• Experience working with army vehicles and experience with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support).
• Experience with project management, customer responsibility, or team leadership in cross-functional environments with integrated systems.
• Longer experience in system development work towards authorities or other large organizations with high demands for robustness, reliability, and security.
• Education or studies in technical areas that have or may have significance for the Swedish Armed Forces, such as IT security and transmission technology.
• Hold a B-driver's license, as travel to specific military locations may become relevant.
