Within the Business Area Air, we work with advanced system solutions that support the Swedish Armed Forces' air combat forces. • Technical university education, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical operational experience related to aviation.

• Experience working as a systems engineer.

• Completed compulsory military service in the Air Force, preferably with officer training.

• As the work may be subject to defense secrecy, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must pass a security clearance with register check.

• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Personal qualities such as drive, teamwork skills, and an open-minded attitude.

• Experience with IT or communication systems within aviation, logistics, or command.

• Interest or aptitude for contributing to the company's work with customer relations, business development, and broadening existing businesses.

• Experience in cross-functional work and integrated systems.

• Experience with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support).

• Longer experience in system development work towards authorities or other large organizations with high demands for robustness, reliability, and security.

• Hold a B driver's license, as travel to specific military locations may become relevant.
