About the Role

This is not your average first-line job. Yes, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, but with us, it involves significantly more variety than the title suggests.

One day you might guide a customer through a technical issue, the next day you work on administration, case follow-up, or troubleshooting that requires a bit more from you. Simple and more complex cases are mixed, and you are expected to handle both. This is what makes the role developmental.

You register, administer, and drive cases forward in our systems, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Register and administer cases in the system
• Troubleshoot and guide customers in our services
• Prioritize and follow up on cases to conclusion
• Work structured in a high and varied case flow

Who are you?

You thrive in an environment where a lot is happening, but you do not lose your structure because of it. You are used to juggling multiple cases in parallel and are motivated by actually solving problems, not just forwarding them.

We believe you:

• have experience in customer service or support
• work carefully and structured even at a high pace
• are confident and professional in contact with customers
• have good system familiarity
• communicate fluently in Swedish
