We are now looking for you who want to become a summer substitute in personal assistance!

The role of a personal assistant includes personal care, transfers, cooking, various other household chores, and accompanying the user on various activities.

You need to be able to work independently and be calm and confident working alone. You have a professional attitude and put the user at the center. You are responsible and have good collaboration skills. In the role of assistant, it is important to be perceptive and able to read situations.

Care and support are provided based on the individual's needs, integrity, and self-determination. You have a statutory and professional responsibility for specified tasks according to LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled Persons) and HSL (Health and Medical Services Act). Documentation and medication management are part of the assignment. We use several digital tools.

Do you work for at least 8 consecutive weeks during the period June 1 – August 23? Then you will receive a bonus of 5,000 SEK!

Requirements

It is desirable that you have a certified care and nursing education and/or education from the child and youth program with a focus on social work or equivalent.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience of similar tasks and if you have a B driving license.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for several personal assistants who want to work with us this summer.

Varying working hours, weekend work, and duty shifts with sleeping on-call may be included.

Criminal Record Extract

Before offering employment, you as a candidate are obliged to show an extract from the criminal record register for work in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in other activities than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS, work at or in connection with residential homes for youth (HVB), work with the elderly or people with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
