We are now looking for an engaged and matching-focused supervisor with extensive local knowledge of the labor market in the Örebro area.

In the role of supervisor, you will work with guiding and coaching job seekers in their individual journey towards employment or education. This is done within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's (Arbetsförmedlingen) procured matching service, "Rusta och Matcha." To thrive in this role, you need to be relationship-building and stimulated by meeting people in a change process. The work places high demands on documentation, and you must be able to structure and work methodically based on set goals and results.

Previous experience with any of the Swedish Public Employment Service's matching services is considered an asset. We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability in this recruitment.

The position is a fixed-term assignment for a preliminary period from 2026-07-06 to 2026-08-07. Possibility of extension exists.

Qualifications

Alternative 1

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total accumulated working time corresponds to full-time work over two (2) years.

Alternative 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, vocational college education, military education, and police education.

Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Part-time work may also be accepted if the total accumulated working time corresponds to full-time work over three (3) years.
