About the Job

Working as a substitute means replacing a permanent educator for a short or long period. Together with permanent educators, you help create a safe and stimulating environment, participate in play and learning activities, and support students in the classroom and during breaks. As an employee with us, you are offered assignments that match your choices and competencies when you have the opportunity to work. You become part of a team that values collaboration and is there for you if you have questions or thoughts before, during, or after an assignment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated by contributing to children's and young people's opportunities to learn, develop, and feel secure. You are flexible and thrive with varied tasks in an environment where every day is unique.

You are trained as a childcare worker or have knowledge from equivalent work.

Your ability to collaborate and work in a team is a key to success in the role of a substitute, while you can also take individual responsibility and work independently to lead and plan activities.

You have previous experience working with children in pedagogical activities and have references from previous positions.
