We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Majorna, Gothenburg.

What does this position involve?

The position is a summer temporary assignment during June, July, and August with a working time of 80–100%. After the summer, there are good opportunities to continue working extra hours if needed.

You will work for a 40-year-old woman with epilepsy and mobility impairments who lives in her own apartment together with her dog. As a personal assistant, you are an important part of her daily life. Your duties include, among other things, support with personal hygiene, transfers, daily routines, and household chores.

The client communicates independently, and it is important that you have a calm and compliant attitude, as well as the ability to listen and adapt to her varying condition. In the event of epileptic seizures, you must be able to act calmly, be present, and make assessments based on the situation.

You will also help with the care of her dog. The client has an interest in dogs, film, and music – if you share these interests or are a creative person, we see it as a plus.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

The client is looking for someone who is:

• Trained nursing assistant with experience of epilepsy
• Female
• Accustomed to dogs (or not afraid/allergic)
• Socially competent
• Good at Swedish, both in speech and writing

To be considered for the position, you must be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends, and be available throughout the entire period, weeks 26–33.

Employment type: Summer temporary assignment (weeks 26-33)

Scope: 80-100 %

Working hours: Day, evening, awake night, and weekend

Start date: The schedule starts on June 22. We prefer that introduction, client meeting, and any training take place as soon as possible before then.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
