We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator for Carlsberg who can start immediately!

About the assignment
Carlsberg is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a consulting assignment with an immediate start. This role is a key part of the marketing team in Solna, aimed at relieving Brand Managers of daily operational tasks, with a focus on driving campaigns and activities forward with structure and pace.

This is an operational role where you are expected to hit the ground running and contribute from day one.

Your main responsibilities

• Support Brand Managers in the execution of campaigns and product launches
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, primarily agencies and suppliers
• Manage schedules, briefs, and follow-ups
• Ensure structure and efficiency in daily marketing operations

Expected outcomes in the role

• Campaigns and activities are driven forward without requiring operational involvement from Brand Managers
• Schedules and deliveries are maintained with good structure and follow-up
• Smooth communication with external partners
• Quick productivity and clear relief for the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1 year of experience from an FMCG company
• Has worked in a similar role (e.g., Marketing Coordinator, Brand Manager, or equivalent)
• Is experienced in coordinating campaigns and product launches
• Has experience working with agencies and external suppliers
• Can quickly get up to speed and deliver without extensive training

Preferred qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience from a Nordic or international FMCG environment

The assignment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at Digitalenta.
