We are looking for a personal assistant with care experience for one of Pater Assistans clients in Horred

The client is a 33-year-old woman in Horred who is looking for assistants around the clock.

"I am looking for you who are happy, positive, and proactive. You are physically and mentally strong and can handle stressful situations. I use a wheelchair and have seizures. I need help and support in everyday life. You should enjoy going for walks, cooking, and finding things that add gold to my everyday life."

The position is located in Horred. The extent of the position may vary, so tell us how you want to work. The client needs assistance around the clock. You need to be able to work evenings and weekends, as well as day shifts. The schedule will be varied.

This position is approximately 60–75% of full-time, approx. 100–130 hours per month.

You will work in a work group together with other assistants who all provide important support to create a good life. On each work shift, there are two of you with the client.

We are looking for you who are flexible and positive as a person. You need to live in Horred, or if you live outside Horred, you need to be able to drive your own car to work. It is important to have a driver's license and your own car if you do not live in Horred, as public transport is limited in Horred.

You will get to shadow another personal assistant before you start.

We are looking for you who have previous experience of similar work, and personal suitability is most important. You are positive, receptive, and structured. The work as a personal assistant requires initiative and that you enjoy working alone and are prepared to perform tasks customary for the profession.

It is important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have delegation training in Marks Municipality, it is a plus.

Interviews are conducted continuously – first with the operations manager through a digital video meeting. After that, you will meet the client and the team leader.
