Responsibilities

• Handling of accounts payable
• Payments and reminders
• Cash reporting
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations in accounting
• Reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency and other authorities
• Monthly and annual financial statements

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary education in accounting
• Have experience with ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations, accounts payable, payment handling, as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Can work independently and in a team

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with Fortnox, Jeeves ERP, Smart, or Sellus
