We are looking for a substitute for approximately 80% during July for a 29-year-old woman in Skellefteå who lives an independent and active life. She loves spending time with friends, having coffee in town, and participating in various activities such as boccia.

During the summer, she spends a lot of time at the family's cottage in Piteå, so we are looking for assistants who can follow her and work there. Your role will be to support her in daily life – from personal hygiene and mobility to cooking, household chores, and structuring the day.

We are looking for someone who is good at reading situations – who knows when it is time to take initiative and when it is better to just be there. The most important thing is that you click with our client, so we would prefer if you are of a similar age to facilitate shared interests and understanding.

Experience with communication aids is a big plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to be a support in her daily life. Given the nature of the assignment, we prefer female applicants.

• 🐱 A cat also lives here, so it is good if you are comfortable around cats.

• 📅 Start date: July 1st, but onboarding may be relevant before then.

• 🕒 Working hours: Day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
