About the Role
Our client is an established player in the Life Science sector, operating in a quality- and regulation-driven environment with high demands for precision. We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career in digital marketing who wants to take on the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The position involves continuously coordinating and publishing content, supporting the team in daily marketing activities, and ensuring timely deliveries of high quality. This is achieved by adapting, quality-assuring, and publishing digital marketing materials in accordance with current processes, guidelines, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in an operational production role within a dynamic environment. You will be part of the Customer Excellence team, reporting to the Customer Excellence Director, with your line manager being the Customer Excellence Business Partner – Digital Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Update, edit, and build pages in CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Hands-on work with SEO, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Create simple banners based on finished designs and copy
- Update texts, such as medicinal product information, and ensure compliance
- Ensure that digital content adheres to applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in long-term projects related to websites
Who We Are Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Strong computer and data skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of SEO
- Basic knowledge of video editing (simple cutting and editing)
Meritorious Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker
- Understanding of AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization)
- Basic understanding of HTML (coding not required)
- Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel
- Experience in UX/UI
- Spoken and written proficiency in Danish and Norwegian
