ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Mora. We can offer a permanent position of approximately 77%. You who only want to work as an hourly substitute are also welcome to apply. There are also good opportunities for a scheduled block during the summer.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Weekdays 07:30 – 16:45
• Weekends 08:00 – 16:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 80s with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She lives in a villa together with her husband. This is a calm assistance role, performed mostly in the client's home. She enjoys joking and having fun with her assistants and likes reading books or magazines.

The duties include:

• Help with daily routines, such as household chores.
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.

PROPORTION: Hourly substitute as needed to cover for permanent staff during sickness or leave. Good opportunities for summer temporary work.

SALARY: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and a contractual pension. You are insured on the way to and from work in case of any unforeseen incidents. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important to order the extract in good time, as the police processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
