Your responsibilities

In this role, you work with IT support in various ways, either as an onsite technician providing support on-site or via phone using remote control tools. The need may vary, but the roles usually involve:

• Troubleshooting and support within IT environments
• Handling clients, servers, and networks
• Support via phone, email, and/or on-site
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications

Your profile

To be considered for the position, we would like you to have worked with similar tasks for at least one year. You have a good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networks. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy helping users.

Requirements

• Relevant education in IT or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of Windows
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Azure
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
