Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will have a clear focus on new business sales as well as account management, driving deals from first contact to close. You will work systematically with market mapping and prospecting to identify and process new customers, while building long-term relationships with relevant decision-makers. You will work to build relationships and maintain close dialogue with our customers to advise on the next steps in their development.

In close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, you will work to understand and help customers with their challenges in the best possible way. To develop an attractive solution for the customer, you will collaborate closely with our consulting managers, project managers, and solution architects. The role involves customer meetings, both digital and on-site, as well as participation in events and networking where you actively create new business opportunities.

Our customers are primarily located in Retail & Distribution, Manufacturing, Equipment, Fashion, Food & Beverage, but also in other industries where complex business and IT landscapes place high demands on sales.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has/is:

  • At least 5 years of documented experience in complex B2B sales, preferably within ERP, WMS, or similar business-critical systems.

  • Experience working with new customer acquisition, including market mapping, prospecting, and outbound sales.

  • Experience working in a data-driven and structured manner with modern sales tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, and CRM systems.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dialogue with decision-makers at various levels, with the ability to build trust early in the relationship.

Please note – this position is based in Sweden and requires fluency in the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
