Anderslöv Health Centre is a well-established and reputable health centre. In 2021, we moved into completely new, bright, and modern premises. We are a well-functioning unit with the patient at the center of our focus. Our staff is highly competent with well-developed routines. We have a positive social climate where both staff and patients feel welcome.

We hold team collaboration sessions twice a week, where all professions gather to solve challenges related to patient care together. We have started working more actively on various quality parameters using Medrave. This supports our employees in following up on patients more easily and finding pathways to the best possible care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Specialist Training Doctor (ST-läkare), you will follow your training plan. We offer a supportive educational environment with continuous supervision on your path to specialist competence. During the first year, you will work at the health centre, and during the following four years, you will alternate between working at specialist clinics and the health centre. You will have your own patient list for which you are responsible. In addition to mandatory ST courses, you are offered good development opportunities with continuous internal and external further education based on interest and the needs of the operation.

Furthermore, we expect you to be involved and proactive in improvement work and operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you are a licensed physician who has completed your AT (General Practice Internship) or BT (Basic Training) service with the eligibility to work within the Swedish healthcare system. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is also a requirement. Experience working in primary care is considered an asset.

You have a holistic view of both work and the patient and adapt easily to different circumstances. Furthermore, your work is characterized by being meticulous, structured, and having a flexible approach. Personal suitability is given great weight.

A permanent position as a Specialist Training Doctor may be preceded by a fixed-term position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months, in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST-doctors within Primary Care.
