Do you want to work innovatively as a vocational teacher within service in the Vocational Track with Swedish for Immigrants (SFI)? Do you enjoy collaborating and networking? Then you have found the right place! Merit runs the Vocational Track with SFI on behalf of Helsingborg Municipality, focusing on service and warehouse/logistics/transport. At Merit, SFI teachers, vocational teachers, and language coaches work together around the participants. We have a close collaboration with employers in the region so that participants get a genuine vocational focus. We also offer upper secondary vocational courses and orientation courses as part of the vocational tracks.

We are looking for someone who is:

• innovative, proactive, open, and highly driven
• holds a teaching license in the fields of hospitality and restaurant management
• has experience in cleaning and facility maintenance
• has a broad network with employers in the service industry in the region, or the ability to build a good collaboration quickly
• wants to find various creative solutions that provide participants with individualized education where they prepare for their career goals
• is interested in working flexibly with new methods, such as digital learning platforms and methods based on genuine participant influence
