Brunnsgården Health Centre is one of the region-run health centres included in Hälsoval Blekinge and is located in central Karlshamn. We have just over 50 employees in various professions with approximately 10,500 registered patients aged 0–100 years. We provide both emergency and scheduled care, have a counseling team on-site, offer district nurse services, and Child Health Services (BVC). The health centre is also responsible for two special residential care facilities in the municipality. The workplace is conveniently located near bus and train connections with good commuting options. The health centre is environmentally certified.

About the Job

We are looking for you who, together with us, want to help develop primary care of the future.

As a District Nurse at Brunnsgården Health Centre, you work together with colleagues from various professions based on each patient's unique needs. The position involves varied tasks; reception work, medical assessments, collaboration with other healthcare providers, telephone advice, and digital care meetings. The work requires that you enjoy taking responsibility within the scope of your assignment and can handle unforeseen situations in a calm and systematic manner.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered District Nurse or an experienced Nurse. We would also appreciate if you have experience working in primary care. We see that you have a genuine interest and commitment to primary care and a strong interest in developing our mission in the right direction to meet future patients in close care. With us, you will be given the opportunity to develop at your own pace because personal development at work is important to us.

We expect you to have good collaboration skills and to contribute to creating a good work climate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Some of our positions are security-classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
