About Us

We are expanding our operations and are looking for dental nurses who want to work in our friendly team.

At Folktandvården Rödeby, 18 people work, including 4 dentists. Together, we have broad competence and experience in all areas of general dentistry.

Here, you have the opportunity to help develop future working methods. We are open and receptive to new ideas and change initiatives.

Rödeby is located approximately 10 km outside Karlskrona, where there is a range of shops, schools, and pharmacies. There are good connections with public transport, and the town is within cycling distance of Karlskrona city center. Free parking is available adjacent to the clinic.

We are close to Blekinge's rich nature, with archipelagos, sea, forests, and lakes. Karlskrona has World Heritage status, a maritime history, and good opportunities for a content-rich and active leisure time.

About the Job

Our work is characterized by our vision. At the clinic, we provide adult, child, and adolescent dental care, as well as activities within the framework of Folktandvården's population and public health responsibilities.

We work in teams using a delegated working method. As a dental nurse here, you will work with everything included in the profession. You will perform all common dental nurse tasks at a general dental clinic: assistance, sterilization, independent patient work, and reception/administrative duties.

The job requires you to be independent and flexible, while also requiring good collaboration with the rest of the team. We view positively the willingness to streamline and develop operations.

About You

We are looking for you with a certified dental nurse degree, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession, but this is not a requirement. You must have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

You are passionate about working with people and always have the patient in focus. You enjoy working in a group and thrive on finding solutions to challenges together with colleagues. We value that you are responsible in your approach and can prioritize in stressful situations.

We think it is important that you are driven and engaged. As a person, you are meticulous and have a sense of structure and planning. You should also have good collaboration skills, be good at greeting, communicating, and building good relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
