About Us

The mission of the Medicine Clinic is to provide residents with specialized care and treatment in the field of internal medicine. We are a process-oriented knowledge organization characterized by competent staff, high quality of care, a desire for development, commitment, responsibility, and participation. The clinic consists of two outpatient clinics with various specialties such as neurology, diabetes, endocrinology, nephrology, hematology, pulmonology, two dialysis units, several day-care units, foot care, and three inpatient wards. We work in teams with a patient-centered approach where the patient is at the center.

Ward 9 has 21 beds with a focus on pulmonology, nephrology, diabetes, and palliative medicine. There is a palliative team linked to the ward with which we work in close collaboration.

About the Job

Are you looking for a side job, or perhaps you are a retiree who has grown tired of your leave and wants to start working occasionally? You might be one of the nurses we are now looking for at Ward 9, where you will work in inpatient care with internal medicine patients, focusing primarily on pulmonology, nephrology, diabetes, and palliative medicine.

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse! You are engaged, proactive, and open to new challenges and opportunities, and you have a patient-centered approach. We also want you to value, just like us, a work environment characterized by personal responsibility, participation, and good collaboration between colleagues and your direct manager.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Region Blekinge mobilizes all permanent staff for wartime service. Some of our positions are security classified, requiring the employee to undergo a security clearance interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
