Logent Supply Chain Services is now looking for a Client Manager with a focus on B2C customers (e-commerce, Last-mile), who wants to work closely with both customers and flows in a dynamic environment where tempo, structure, and collaboration are central. As this competence area grows rapidly, there will be great opportunities to be part of shaping the competence area as well as its tools and working methods.

About the role:

Through our Supply Chain Services service, Logent takes responsibility for our customers' transport logistics, supply, and inventory management – functioning as an extension of the customer's own organization. For many of our customers, especially those in retail and B2C, daily life is characterized by high volumes, many shipments, and rapid changes.

In the role of Client Manager, you work operationally and closely with our customers regarding their daily transport and storage needs. You maintain ongoing contact with customers, colleagues, and partners, ensuring that flows function efficiently even when the tempo is high or conditions change with short notice.

You handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize wisely, and pay attention to detail – while keeping the big picture in mind. You will also take on increased responsibility for one or several key accounts, contributing to stable operations and actively working on continuous improvements.

As the B2C competence area grows rapidly, you will be involved and driving in structuring working methods and processes, responsibility distribution, gradual building of competence within the team, as well as the tools used.

The B2C team is part of a unit with approximately 10 people. You will work together with a large number of experienced colleagues and specialist competencies (Solution Design, Implementation, Planning, Customs, etc.) within the entire Logent group. The office for Supply Chain Services is located in Danderyd/Stockholm.

About you:

We are looking for you who have several years of experience from retail, B2C, and logistics in an operational environment, and who are accustomed to:

• Working with Last-mile.
• Handling large volumes and many shipments in parallel.
• Making quick decisions in a high-tempo environment.
• Working in TA-systems and with check-out functions.
• Working in track & trace systems.
• Being precise and attentive even under time pressure.
• Collaborating closely in a team to achieve common goals.

You thrive in the role of the hub in the network and enjoy working in daily operations. You are quick-footed, solution-oriented, and structured, and adapt easily when conditions change.

As a person, you are relationship-building, unpretentious, and communicative. You take responsibility, contribute to a good team spirit, and always keep the customer experience in focus.
