About the role of Marketing Coordinator at Iconic Wines

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will have a free and flexible daily routine where creativity is the focus. Based on Iconic Wines' brand guidelines and marketing plan, you are responsible for producing both written and graphic content that strengthens the brand and drives the business forward, for both digital and print channels.

The role is broad and varied, where you work with campaigns and materials, while also becoming part of the team and contributing to overarching discussions regarding marketing strategy and priorities. You are also responsible for producing monthly reports for producers and maintaining continuous contact with them. All work should be carried out with continuity, high quality, and in line with the company's short-term and long-term goals.

Your main responsibilities

• Create and produce digital content (text, image, and video)
• Plan and execute campaigns
• Participate in planning for trade shows and other events
• Update and develop the website and social channels
• Manage contact with external partners, photographers, designers, etc.
• Produce monthly reports for producers

About you

To succeed in the role of Marketing Coordinator, you have some years of experience in graphic production, content creation, and digital marketing. You are familiar with working in programs such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or WordPress. You also have an eye for photography and motion material and are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Knowledge of additional motion graphics/editing and AI usage is a plus.

As a person, you are creative, structured, and self-motivated. You thrive in a broad role where you can combine strategic work with operational production and can switch between planned activities and quick interventions when needed. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and have an easy time getting into new products and business processes.

Key requirements for the role:

• Some years of experience in graphic production and content creation, for both text and design.
• Familiar with digital advertising and publishing tools.
• Experience with marketing related to B2B.
• Creative, structured, and self-motivated with operational execution skills.
• Experience in graphic production in e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop. Knowledge of additional motion graphics/editing and AI usage is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
