What will you do?

We are looking for you who want to have a key role in the development of our customers' projects and digital products. As a test developer, you will be the link between end users and the development team, where your focus lies on efficiently quality-assuring deliveries. With your ability to identify problems at an early stage and feed them back into the development cycle, you contribute with high quality and verify that the delivery becomes optimal.

You will work in varying projects and assignments with our customers. At Knowit, you will have support from fantastic colleagues and their knowledge within the entire chain from requirements management, automation development, and testing, not least in AI-driven environments. Who are you?

We believe that you either already have your background within test automation or that you currently work as a developer but are drawn to and interested in the quality assurance aspects of the development cycle. You have experience of streamlining through test automation and AI-assisted development, as well as the frameworks for this. You have several years of experience in the IT industry and have thus created a great understanding of digital development processes and product development as a whole.

As the communicative problem solver you are, you have the ability to see the big picture, have a quality focus, and work with the small details. To thrive in the role, we believe you are a goal-oriented person who is driven to tackle problems - both technical and relational - in a structured and unpretentious way. You are good at picking up on needs and listening actively, as well as making complex decisions that drive things forward.

AI is a natural part of our working methods – from internal tools to solutions we create for the customer. We would like you to have experience working with AI, machine learning, or decision support. The most important thing is perhaps that you are curious about how the technology can be used for real – in everyday life, in the team, and in the deliveries.

Examples of skills and experiences that we believe are useful for the role:

• Ability to code in one of the most common languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript.

• Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, Cypress.

• Accustomed to working in GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS/Azure DevOps.

• Interest in prompt-driven development, e.g., GitHub Copilot.

You, just like us, think it is important to have fun together at work and develop in an organization where transparency and community are at the center. Since our customers speak Swedish, you need to master both languages in speech and writing.
