About the role

The role of Staffing & Recruitment Assistant gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and staffing! You will be part of a team with sharp recruiters and consultant managers who are eager to share their expertise. The role involves a flexible part-time job that provides you with income, merit-worthy experience, and a wealth of new contacts throughout your studies. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged with the team in your shared goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.

Your manager and your development

Your manager is Malin Kirketerp-Møller, who works as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant Manager and Consultant Manager. In dialogue with your nearest manager, you will plan your working hours based on the office's needs. In your role as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will develop through our Training Program. You control your career paths with us, and we provide the prerequisites for your success.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Process: Work with everything from advertising to a candidate receiving a job offer and employment with us. Imagine how cool it is to follow a person's journey from application to landing their dream job!
  • Administration: Assist with, among other things, payroll management and employment certificates.
  • Training Program: A structured plan where you take on increasingly complex tasks. This allows you to gradually acquire more knowledge.

Required experience

  • Studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, Technology, or IT and graduating no earlier than Spring 2028. Since we view this role long-term, we see that you do not plan to go on exchange or have an internship.
  • Have previous experience from jobs within service and customer contact where you have had the opportunity to use your ability to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, and proficient in English in speech and writing, as you will conduct dialogues and participate in training in both languages.

Additional information

Start: Immediately

Scope: Part-time, 2 days/week 08:00-17:00

Location: Östergatan 18, Malmö

Our recruitment process
