At STC, we believe in community. Since our founding in 1998, we have created environments where people of all ages can meet and train for a healthier life. We work every day at our clubs across Sweden to encourage more people to start and train regularly. We aim to offer our customers the best service and provide them with the best possible training experience. To deliver Sweden's best training to our members, we offer a wide range of group fitness classes.

For us, our staff is the most important factor in achieving our goals, and we are now looking for group fitness instructors to join our team in Borås.

We are looking for someone who wants to lead STC HIIT, Hyrox, STC Functional, Core, Les Mills Bodypump, Bodybalance, Bodyattack, or Bodycombat 1–2 times a week. Evenings and weekends.

As a group fitness instructor, you will lead, motivate, and inspire our members in your chosen fitness concept. You lead your classes with joy and passion, focusing on the participants. Our group training is largely about community and joy, where people train together under the encouragement and enthusiasm of a trained and passionate instructor. STC is always moving forward with the goal of keeping group fitness at the forefront. We want to be accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness goals, experience, age, or gender.

STC has long had an established partnership with Les Mills, the world's leading provider of group fitness programs. We also have internal concepts, and all our instructors are licensed. If you are already a trained instructor, it is a great advantage, though not a requirement. We regularly provide further training for our instructors to guarantee professionalism and safety for our participants. Together, we constantly evaluate and develop our group fitness offerings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a burning passion for fitness
• Has strong social skills
• Has a good sense for leading, inspiring, and motivating others
• Wants to be an inspirer and convey the joy of fitness to others
• Wants to be the face of STC

Qualifications:

• Trained instructor
• Previous experience as an instructor or leader
