About the role

As a Sales Representative at LCS Container Solutions, you are responsible for actively building and developing the customer base, with a special focus on the construction industry. The role is business-oriented and involves clear personal responsibility for driving the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up.

You work proactively with new customer acquisition while developing existing customer relationships. A key part of the role is understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions within the sale and rental of containers.

The role involves independent work where you have the opportunity to influence and plan your daily routine, while being part of a team that collaborates and supports each other. You are based at the office in Arendal, Gothenburg, and interact with customers both from the office and through customer visits.

You report to the Business Area Manager for Containers at LCS Container Solutions and work closely with other parts of the organization, where collaboration is a key factor in creating successful business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach new customers, with a focus on the construction industry
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to business and follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and develop solution proposals
  • Work systematically in CRM and follow up on activities and results
  • Collaborate internally with colleagues in production and delivery
  • Contribute to the development of working methods and sales processes

The position is a direct hire with LCS Container Solutions, located in Arendal, Gothenburg. The role is a full-time position with daytime working hours.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably with a focus on proactive/business development sales
  • Have worked with the construction industry or have a good understanding of the segment
  • Are accustomed to driving your own sales processes from start to finish
  • Have a structured working style and thrive with many contact points
  • Have good system proficiency, preferably from CRM and business systems
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
