BUYING ASSISTANT

We are now looking for a Buying Assistant to join our buying team at Gina Tricot! As a Buying Assistant, your task is to assist buyers and the buying team within several of our product categories. In this role, you will support buyers and the team in their daily work with our product categories. This includes coordination, administration, and follow-up, contributing to ensuring an efficient buying flow.

Qualifications

• Education as a textile economist or international buyer within textiles and fashion.

• Good knowledge of English (required).

• Retail experience is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period

Start date: Immediately

The position is based at our headquarters in Borås

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

At the end of the recruitment process, you will need to present a passport or national ID, and if necessary, proof of residence permit if you hold citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This is so that, as an employer, we can verify your identity and your right to work in Sweden.

As part of the process, a background check is also conducted to ensure a fair and secure recruitment process. The check is performed via Fortcheck, where you as a candidate identify yourself with BankID and can view the results before they are shared with the recruiter.
